Your reservation is secured by means of a written confirmation and a deposit of 30% of the total price up to 3 months prior to arrival.

Payment will be kept as a cancellation fee, unless a Trip Cancellation Insurance policy has been taken out according to the insurance conditions. Otherwise the general provisions of the Austrian Hotel regulations apply.

For online bookings, 30 % of the total amount will be charged to your credit card.

To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out Trip Cancellation Insurance. The cost is € 35.00 per person. Children from 0 to 5 years are exempt from this fee. Detailed information will be provided upon request.

In case of cancellation without effective cancellation insurance, the following cancellation fees apply:
 

Cancellation Policy (New Year’s Eve):

• up to 30 days before arrival free of charge
• 29 to 4 days before arrival: 30% of the total arrangement price according to the reservation confirmation
• less than 3 days before arrival as well as in case of early departure: 90% of the total arrangement price according to the reservation confirmation

Cancellation Policy:

• up to 2 weeks before arrival free of charge
• from 2 weeks to 3 days before arrival: 30% of the total arrangement price according to the reservation confirmation
• less than 3 days before arrival as well as in case of early departure: 90% of the total arrangement price according to the reservation confirmation

Cancellation Policy for “Non-Refundable Rates”:
Free cancellation of the reservation is not possible. In case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.

On the day of arrival, you may enter your room at 3:00 pm. We ask you to please inform us if you will be arriving late. Check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure.
