Mountain farmhouse

The rustic mountain farmhouse of the " Alpine Wellnesshotel Schwarzbrunn" is the perfect place to spend leisurely hours.

The mountain farm is idyllically situated in the midst of nature, in the Karwendel National Park, and is about a one-hour hike from Stans.

It takes about 15 minutes by car. For guests, we offer sunrise hikes and snowshoe walks followed by hot spiced wine.

ALMFESTE at the "Bärenrast"

This year, for the first time and exclusively for guests, we have arranged "Alm" parties at our very own mountain farmhouse.

We were offering our guests a "Dirndl" rental (traditional Austrian women’s attire), so that the outfit matches too.

There have been fun events for the entire family such as sack races, jump rope, nail & hammer, Tyrolean roulette, scavenger hunt, and much more…

In the afternoon, after a rustic meal on the terrace or in the hay barn, there were music and a tombola for entertainment.
